Great key chain fob!

From Finnish artist Miina Äkkijyrkkä. Photo by Juha Metso, and found on Pixdaus. Also more photos on http://www.flickr.com/photos/hugovk/2380079628/ and the artist's website http://www.akkijyrkka.com/

The St Louis arch was made by another Michigander - Finnish architect, Eero Saarinen, and the perfection of the arch in a visionary perception is just incredible to imagine. A new form of monument that had never before been made, plus when built seperately from each base and welded together at the pinnacle, without any offset, is not to be underestimated. Bravo!

Above: Sioux City 1958......... Below: New York taxi in 1900. It has one unusual sitting arrangement, with a non US side for the steering wheel and drivers side. I've also never seen a single seat in the front for a chauffer, even in the early classics where the chauffer was exposed to the weather and the passengers were in a seperated back section. This is most definitely an unusual car. I never seen one before... for me that makes it cool just for that factor.

The new cruise plan, click on these for the full size

The top one is 2 years for 20 dollars, and says that it is the best deal.

The bottom one is 3 years for the same 20 dollars. I'm not a genius, but I can do 2nd grade math well enough to see that 3 years is better than 2 years for 20 bucks. No, I don't know why I'm getting the special 3 years for the price of two, but I am going to take it. I do enjoy that magazine. And 10 others of course.
