Could this be? The next-generation CR-V platform set to debut in 2012 will be making way for underpinnings on a new compact truck? AutoWeek sure thinks so. With the Ridgeline on its way out by 2013, Honda will look towards the CR-V platform to build a compact truck. The only problem is, the CR-V is based upon the Civic, so we're really going to be seeing a Civic pick-up truck if this all works out ... what are your opinions? Wise move by Honda to move downmarket or another stupid Crosstour-like idea? Comment below!
