At the Geneva Motor Show, Honda is pulling out a revised version of the UK Accord that have lower CO2 emissions and higher equipment levels. Manual and auto diesel models are being introduced to increase the attractiveness of the revised Accord. The 150bhp diesel manual model has 138g of CO2 per km and auto models emit less than 150g of CO2 per km which is a substantial decrease from the 2010 UK Accord.
Bluetooth becomes standard along with 17-inch alloys, USB integration, cruise and dual-zone automatic climate control.
This step represents one in many of Honda UK to sharpen its engine and reduce fuel consumption and the environmental impact.

Honda Canada will recall 2,064 Civic Hybrid vehicles from model years 2006 through 2007 to replace the DC to DC converter, a component of the Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) hybrid control system. The DC-to-DC converter may experience an internal failure that could lead to engine stalling and malfunction of vehicle headlights. No crashes or injuries related to this defect have been reported.
Honda is announcing this recall to encourage all owners of affected vehicles to take their vehicles to an authorized dealer as soon as they receive notification of this recall from Honda. Notification to customers will begin later this month.
When Honda identifies concerns of this nature, nothing is more important to the company than fulfilling our obligation and responsibility to alert our customers. Owners of these vehicles can determine if their vehicle requires repair by calling toll free to 1-888-946-6329.
This really isn't a new recall, it's been a problem that has plagued Civic Hybrid owners since day 1 and Honda recalling to ensure that everyone who owns a Civic Hybrid will get coverage.

Honda Australia is stepping up its game in Australia following a very dismal sales year in 2010 for the Honda Civic. Compared to the rest of the competition garnering 40 000+ sales, the Civic only captured around 10 000 yearly sales in 2010. Since the current hatch's introduction in Australia in 2006, the vehicle has fallen behind its rivals in Australia.
To rectify and attempt to boost sales, Honda Australia has brought over its Britain Civic hatches with revised technology, a stronger warranty and a revised front/interior changes. A 5 year / 140 000 km warranty is now standard on Civic Si models and they will receive a mesh grille. Bluetooth will be standard and leather upholstery will be an option. The Civic Si will start at $29 990 in 6-speed manual cloth trim and will be available in 4 colors with a 1.8L SOHC i-VTEC engine. Honda Civic hatches / Type-R models come from the UK, sedans coming from Thailand and hybrids coming from Japan. Honda charges an extra $475 in Australia for metallic paint.

Honda's been getting a tough time in India lately, having sales in the past month drop 23%. It is obvious that competition has its eyes set on destroying the Japanese and Honda needs the Brio for a good comeback strategy. Honda's City sedan is doing very well in India and should continue to do well for the coming months but Honda needs a viable second cheaper model to draw in these customers.
Rumors online have claimed Honda will be introducing the model on March 17th, but however be prepared to be disappointed. The production Brio will be showcased in Thailand in the coming weeks with the CRUCIAL Indian launch happening in September 2011. Pre-bookings will start in late summer. This means Honda will have no attractive low-cost draw-in for consumers minus the pricey 2012 Honda Civic set to debut in early summer.
Join us on March 17, 2011 to see the production-ready model of the Brio, but don't be running to your local dealer (Asia/India markets) just yet. Yet.

Homemade tank inspired by the Transformers movie... but the tank treads caught my attention, they'd work well in woody or vegetative areas I think

And look at this cool custom idea! Love the door, but I have no idea if it's an original Piaggio design or a great owner added idea.
