Honda's plants in Ohio can continue its operations for one month. However, if the situation continues, Honda will re-evaluate after mid-April. Production has been suspended from 5 Japanese plants since Monday and a 6th one has been put on suspension today. This is due to Honda's decision to ease up on power supply. The parts in transit from Japan are currently stored in North America so Honda has a valuable month's supply on these parts. There are no plans to cease North American operations and Honda has a comfortable 73-day supply of vehicles. Japanese suppliers, however, will be a problem for Honda as it is still attempting to contact its 100+ suppliers. Honda will be matching donations to the Red Cross from its American employees.
