Olds Starfire, those tailfins under the bumper are one of a kind, named "Skegs" not unlike Dagmars as an unusual name for a car part

I had to guess at the manufacturer, until I noticed the oval gauges under the speedometer 
Cool looking design, and good looking paint... nice all around
I looked to see what I had posted about this model Olds, and found that it's a Starfire, and the fins under the bumper are called Skegs: http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2010/03/trivia.html
