My Ford of Kirkland review

We are from Portland and drove up to purchase a F350 pick up. Ford of Kirkland we able not only to match a rival dealerships price but beat it. As we were driving the truck home going south on 405 having the truck for about a half a hour, we were hit by a drunk driver, causing us to roll numerous times. My husband and I survived the accident due the toughness of the Ford but also all of the safety features. We contacted Dan, and through numerous hours on the phone and internet, was able to get us almost the exact same truck ! Thank you soooo much Dan and everyone from Ford of Kirkland

Dan did a great job answering all my questions while I was researching cars. He knew the ins and outs when comparing ford to another car company. There was no pressure to buy the car. When I was ready to buy he had the car ready for me to drive off the lot. Dan made buying my new ford easy.

We had a very pleasant experience buying a used Expedition here. Dan was extremely helpful in helping us look through the inventory for a vehicle that would meet our needs and was within our price range. Very honest- we even got an unexpected refund for licensing fees that we apparently overpaid for. I’d definitely buy a car there again.

I hate new car shopping. I hate car salesmen. Most do not know the vehicles they are selling and have the robot “what can I do to get you into this car today” approach. We did not get any of that at Kirkland Ford. Don knew what we were driving 90 miles to see. He had it ready, he explained the features, but there was no pressure. The F & I guy was even very great to work with and when we said “no” to bells and whistles, he put no pressure on us and was every bit as pleasant as he was to start with. Would buy from this dealer again.

Overall I had a great experience. I came prepared knowing a lot about the cars I was interested in and after my test drives I decided on the Ford Focus. Dan was very helpful in answering all of my questions and taking time to make sure I understood each step of the process. My Ford of Kirkland review

This is my first car. I visited another 2 dealers before I turned to Ford of Kirklan and met Dan Lozott. From the other 2 dealers I felt a lot of pressure which made me very uncomfortable. But when I talked to Dan, he focused on the car and my needs and provided as much details as I wanteded to help me make the decision. The stress-free conversation was fantastic.

After I decided to buy the car, Dan helped us to go through all the finacing options I could have. Althouth I just moved to the states and didn’t have any credit history, Dan got me the best financing rate.

I would give Ford of Kirkland and Dan Lozott a 5 star and denifitely will come back for my 2nd car

We are expats living in Australia and soon to be returning to the US in need of a new car. We initially found Ford of Kirkland via the internet, as they had some of the most competitive pricing on the make and model we were interested in. Buying a car over the internet and phone can be a bit tricky and our salesman, Dan went out of his way to make this task as stress-free as possible. Dan also informed us about a one-time rebate that had been offered to us as long-time Ford owners. This rebate was about to expire and so Dan worked with us to ensure that we were able to complete the sale from overseas in time to secure the additional savings. We were ready to purchase a car, and Dan and Kirkland Ford went the extra mile to provide stellar support and customer service, where other dealers (more local to our home town of Enumclaw, WA) did not. We would highly recommend purchasing a car from Dan @ Ford of Kirkland and we can’t wait to pick ours up in a few weeks
