The above was a young woman named Della Crewe who decided to drive from Waco Texas to New York with her dog Trouble in 1915. It was 5300 some odd miles.
Also notable for being a Harley with a sidecar, ... but these are different sidecars the above and below are ambulance sidecars

Jim has nailed this ambulance on several perspectives;
What's interesting about this car is that it was made from a sedan, not a wagon, as most ambulances were. This was converted by the Memphian company. Other Edsel ambulances were made by Amblewagon, but they started life as wagons
Thanks Jim! I missed that roofline issue and would never have known anything about the conversion companies. It's way cool that you left this info in the comment section, my compliments and appreciation!

Details: This 1963 Pontiac Ambulance was made in June 1963 and is one of 15 delivered to various service branches. It's U.S. Navy data plate shows it was assigned to Bethesda Naval Hospital. Following President John F. Kennedy's assassination on November 22, 1963 it met Air Force One at Andrews Air Force Base.
Thanks to Gary for letting me know!
